You have 30 full days from the day you receive your order to decide if it’s right for you and your furry friend. If you’re not completely happy – for ANY reason – you can return it. No awkward questions. No hoops to jump through.
You can return your Furrelle product if: It arrived damaged or faulty. It doesn’t work as described. Your pet doesn’t like it or it’s not the right fit for your needs. We only ask that it’s returned in its original condition with all parts included.

2️⃣ Tell us why you’re returning it (so we can improve).
3️⃣ We’ll send you a return confirmation & simple instructions within 24 hours.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it the same day. You’ll get an email confirmation that your refund is approved. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days straight back to your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn’t arrive at all: We’ll replace it immediately at no cost. OR offer a full refund, whichever you prefer. We take full responsibility for your order until it’s safely in your hands.
